Counselling offers a place to explore what's going on for you and find some clarity. Perhaps these are conversations you've found hard to have in daily life, or with family and friends. Putting things into words within a safe therapeutic relationship creates room to reflect, and can support a deeper connection to yourself and others. Over time, this can open up new ways of seeing your life and making different choices.

I practise from a humanistic perspective, grounded in the belief that we each bring our own unique experiences to life, and that we all have the capacity to heal and grow.

 

In our work together, I'll be alongside you - encouraging you to trust your own instincts and find the inner resources you already carry.

I offer sessions in person, by video, or by phone, whichever works best for you.
